Tenant Fees: (Payable direct to the Landlord)
- References (per Tenant and per Guarantor): £50.00
- Administration of a Guarantor: £100.00
- Preparation of assignment deeds: £200.00
- Holding Deposits: £200.00 or 1 weeks rent (whichever is greater)
- General Administration of the above: £100.00
*Please note that these fees relate to leases created before 1st June 2019. (Fees relating to new leases created after 1st June 2019 are subject to negotiation).
*Hillbury Property Management Ltd. does not receive any payment from existing or prospective Tenants and does not handle Tenants monies. All such payments' are to be made by the Tenants directly to the Landlord.
